Frederic asks for a protocol to naturally restore the enamel of his front teeth.
The Wonders say that based on his present psychology this is virtually impossible (they place the probability of returning the enamel at about 12.2%), since he does not perceive himself as capable of it.
They nonetheless suggest rinsing three times a day with 12 drops of Weleda concentrated myrrh mouthwash in one ounce of water to remove bacteria affecting the enamel, plus calcium-magnesium supplementation of 2,500 mg per day in three divided doses.
They then give a full general health protocol: vitamin C 12,000 mg/day in six doses; vitamin E 800 IU/day in two doses; ginkgo biloba 500 mg/day in two doses; bilberry extract 250 mg/day in the evening; 21 glasses of pure mountain spring water daily; a diet of 40% complex carbohydrate, 30% fat, 30% protein with at least 61% vegetable-source protein and all foods organic; rebounding 20 minutes three times per day; CoQ10 180 mg/day in two doses; castor oil packs 20 minutes on the lower right abdomen on retiring and the lower left on rising for 29 days; a minimum of 15 liver cleanses (from Andreas Moritz's liver cleanse book) spaced three weeks apart; optional chondroitin/glucosamine sulfate 1,500 mg/day; and hydrochloric acid supplementation, one pill per day, because his digestion and nutrient absorption are slightly out of kilter (digestive enzymes are mentioned as an alternative).
Asked how to shift the underlying psychology, they recommend their series 'Changing the Methodology of Dying', explaining that the belief that something must end before something else can begin underlies most of his choices; shifting easier instances first will eventually make this one easy to shift, but it will be a process.

Frederic asks what will happen to interest rates in his country over the coming months and years and what the impact on the economy will be, noting the prime rate is around 1.25%.
The Wonders say the economy will grow slightly and accelerate over the next two to three years, which typically results in an increase in the prime rate to slow it down.
They see a high probability that inflation will start to take over in his country, so interest rates will increase — bad for borrowers, good for savers.
They add that the European Union faces a great deal of crisis over the next three to seven years, creating inflationary pressure on most member countries.

Frederic says he is confused about what to do professionally and asks which areas, talents or skills he should explore.
The Wonders ask what he would do if he could do anything without fear, judgement or guilt; he answers that he would be a writer, and they reply 'what's stopping you?' They advise against an immediate career change, recommending instead a transitional process: keep the day job while writing in every free moment.
He should write short stories, longer stories, books, poetry, articles — noting that many writers finance themselves with travel articles while writing the book they really want to write.
They say he has a good sense of poetry and rhyme, a good perspective on childhood ideas, and a liking for romance, and suggest he could write a romance novel, even under a pen name.
The key point is to write prolifically without demanding that the result be a bestseller or be accepted by publishers; submissions will bring rejections and acceptances, and publication and income will follow.

Asked generally how he can expand his consciousness, the Wonders use the image of a seed: planted in fertile ground it becomes a beautiful flower, thrown on arid land it must struggle.
They tell Frederic he habitually places himself in arid ground — not surrounding himself with supportive, loving, encouraging people — while trying to grow into who he is among people who tell him he cannot.
Their recommendation is to invest himself in an environment of like-minded people: poetry groups, writers' guilds, people interested in growing, and the community and online forum built around their own material, asking others for help and using the material available.
He should choose the fertile environment over the arid one, and step away from those who are critical of him, simply thanking them and going the other way.
The result will be that things become easier, life excitement grows and he looks forward to getting up in the morning.
He observes he can find such people quite close to home, which they confirm.
