Ormus Gold (monoatomic gold) ▶ Play excerpt00:52

Asked whether Ormus Gold has physical benefits, for the body or for a scar, the Wonders say it has some benefits but nowhere near what is claimed, that the hype around it is just hype, that its benefits are minimal, and they caution against taking too much of it because one can be poisoned by it.

Frederic notes he has not taken it.

A paralyzed mind and the invitation to meet oneself ▶ Play excerpt07:56

The Wonders turn the questioning to Frederic, asking whether he is enjoying life or struggling with techniques to achieve what he thinks he should.

He says he has lost interest in such techniques and cannot find answers about work after the move.

They diagnose a real desire for movement in him coupled with a mind so contracted it is paralyzed and does not know what to choose, and say his answer that he would do nothing special comes from his mind, not from him.

Their recommendation is to use this time to relax and meet himself - not to catalogue likes and dislikes, and not as another mind puzzle.

Meditation need not be formal or in a lotus position: a walking meditation, a long walk in a park among trees and falling leaves, or quiet time on a bench all qualify; when all is calm and quiet he will meet someone different from what he thinks he is, and that is the person to choose from.

They decline to say more so as not to affect his free will, and explain that his loss of desire to write is because he wrote from the mind, which has now rebelled into paralysis - it is the self, not the mind, that will write.

They close by suggesting he walk in a park with his wife, hold hands, be in the moment, and meet himself on the bench.
