Frederic asks whether GH3 (with kombucha) can restore gray hair to its natural color as someone claimed.
The Wonders say GH3 will not get his hair back: in his case the sebums have essentially stopped hair growth and killed the roots, leaving only a downy fluff that could, with nourishment, eventually produce a reasonable amount of hair, but over 10 to 12 years rather than one or two.
They add that his hair loss was not caused by any health problem or nutritional deficiency but by a small genetic flaw.

Relaying a question from Rene raised at the retreat, Frederic asks whether people who come to the Wonders share a specific gene that makes them seekers.
The Wonders answer that within the human race there are genes that nourish and foster curiosity of the mind, and additional genes that enhance the ability to see beyond the practical and pragmatic - what they hesitantly call a 'psychic' gene.
Most individuals who actively seek them out have both.
They tell Frederic he has the second gene too, it is simply undeveloped, and that it is developed by guessing: the more one guesses at the unknown, the more the gene develops.
