Session 50 — May 2019

Frederic returns to the February session, where he said he would be happy if his life kept getting easier, was asked why he said 'if', and where Renée saw the Wonders hand him a bomb.

The Wonders reframe it as a question: why is he waiting for something to happen before he becomes happy?

They point out how often he says that if this or that occurred he would be happy or happier, and ask why happiness should be conditional on events in third dimensional reality.

When he says he feels happy now but senses he could be happier, they ask what he is not allowing himself to be, and warn that if he always defines his existence as lacking something, he will never fill the lack and never reach the happiness he seeks.

Their suggestion is that he simply look at his life and say 'I am happy', full stop — happy whether or not he has this or that — so that happiness is his state of being rather than something defined by what he has or lacks, at which point his life changes.

They illustrate with the song 'if you're happy and you know it, clap your hands', noting he would then be clapping all the time.

Frederic says he will observe and catch himself, since his first answer would have been that he is happy.

Frederic asks what the theme for the year is.

The Wonders say it continues what they have been discussing with humanity for about sixteen months: an expansion of the spiritual perspective within the physical realm, letting the spiritual essence he is manifest without being limited by the concept of physicality.

People see a body, a personality, an ego and a mind, which is good, but do not see all that they are beyond that.

He is starting to explore this, and the key is to realize that he is neither only a physical being nor only a spiritual being but a combination that must choose to express itself fully; they mention workshops and study groups he may choose to use, and say this is the direction for this year and the years after.

Frederic acknowledges a tendency to stay put once he is comfortable and says his main focus is to continue exploring.

The Wonders say what he has achieved so far is excellent but is a very small portion of what he can be, and that it is now time not merely to expand but to explore through imagination all the possibilities of his existence.

When he admits he has not spent much time in imagination lately, they tell him he is getting bored, bored of life, and should open himself back up.

He reflects that he has been more in the mode of dealing with what is in front of him because that is easier.

After the session Renée recounts that the first channeler he ever met, Michael Blake Reed, was told by his source that Renée had a gift of attracting people wherever he went, and that he only needed to notice it.

Paying attention, he found his car in an empty parking lot would be surrounded by cars on his return, and empty stores or venues would fill within minutes.

He jokes that he never figured out how to charge for it, imagining offering restaurants or businesses double or triple trade just by sitting there, and says the baton now appears to be passing to Frederic, who replies that he prefers his quiet and peace and is told to change his mindset and realize how powerful it is.
