Mental and emotional health protocol: commanding the mind and reclaiming emotions

Frederick asks why his protocol covers only the physical.

The Wonders explain that they give physical, mental, emotional and spiritual protocols to those who ask, and he asked only for a physical one; he then requests the others.

Mentally, they say he has a good, strong, sharp mind, but the mind runs his life, keeping him in constant fear because it creates perceptions and illusions he takes as real.

Their recommendation is that he begin commanding the mind, realising that the 'you that is you' encompasses the mind and must command it rather than be commanded.

The mind will start responding; it is an amazing and powerful tool that can create reality, but he must be in command of it.

Doing so, he will let go of the illusion of fear — not that moments of fear will vanish, but he will no longer be so tied to it or struggling against it.

Emotionally, they say emotions are to him like a spot on the face: he knows they are there but finds them bothersome, so emotions are not his greatest asset.

They suggest he recognise that he is an emotional being and use his command of the mind to explore his emotions, whereupon he will find a genuinely emotional person who loves to come out and play, discover an emotional health he had not thought possible, and reach the balance he has been seeking.

Their closing assurance is that if he starts commanding the mind, everything else will fall into place.
